• Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

4. AI Processing

FlowGate uses AI services (Claude by Anthropic) to provide features such as sales analysis, marketing ad generation, IQO optimization, and natural language commands. Your event and sales data may be sent to AI providers for processing. This data is used solely to generate responses for your queries and is not used to train AI models.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure (Workers, D1 database, and Pages). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Hashed passwords (SHA-256)
• Scoped API keys with rate limiting
• Role-based access control (RBAC)

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Anthropic (Claude AI): For AI-powered features (event data only, anonymized where possible).
• Cloudflare: As our infrastructure provider.
• Law enforcement: When required by applicable law.
