FlowGate Help

Your event sales workspace, explained.

How do platform connections work?

Each ticketing platform has its own connection method. FlowGate syncs events, dates, venues, sold tickets, revenue and ticket details when the platform provides them. For More.com, choose More.com in Integrations and enter the Teller username/email and password in the two fields shown.

Why does FlowGate need capacity?

Capacity is required for sell-through, risk and pricing decisions. If a platform does not provide reliable capacity or available seats, add capacity once in Production Settings or import the platform's availability report.

How is the dropdown percentage calculated?

It is always sold tickets / capacity. Example: 565 sold tickets and 5,000 capacity = 11.3%. If capacity is missing, FlowGate cannot calculate a valid percentage until capacity is added or imported. Zero sales shows 0%.

What do the dropdown colors mean?

Colors follow the locked sell-through rule: 0-10% red, 11-30% yellow, 31-60% orange, 61-80% green, 81%+ platinum. The color is based on percentage, not ticket quantity.

What should I add manually?

For connected platform events, add capacity and production break-even target in Production Settings when the platform does not provide them. Use manual sales totals only when there is no API/report data or when you are correcting a known issue.

When should I use Production Settings?

Use it for productions with many dates. The capacity and break-even target apply to the selected production so FlowGate can calculate risk, break-even path and next actions across the right performances.

What does No sales mean?

No sales means FlowGate has loaded the event and the sales total is zero. It is not the same as No data. No data means FlowGate could not load usable sales information yet.

Can FlowGate recommend actions without capacity?

It can still read sales and revenue, but capacity-based risk, sell-through, pricing advice and break-even path stay limited until capacity and target are set.

What should I ask a ticketing platform for?

Ask for server-to-server credentials, API base URL, authentication method, event/performance endpoints, tickets, orders, revenue, ticket types, price tiers, capacity, availability by zone/section, cancellations, refunds, rate limits and sandbox access if available.

How often should FlowGate sync Teller?

Respect each platform's limits. For More.com/Teller, full refreshes should run only a few times per day and per-event sales sync should avoid repeated calls many times inside one hour unless More.com approves it.

How do I get FlowGate to act automatically?

Rules should start in notify mode. Move to execute mode only for safe actions, such as alerting or preparing a promo suggestion. Do not automate price changes without human review.

Is my data safe?

Credentials and API keys are encrypted. Traffic runs over HTTPS. FlowGate uses ticketing data to run your workspace and does not sell it or train external models with it.
